Break the “rules” and explore creative freedom. Start the week with playful experimentation! Mix watercolors, pencils, ink, markers, collage, and more to create layered artwork, zines, sketchbook experiments, and mini projects like greeting cards. Jules shares tips, techniques, and creative shortcuts to help your ideas come to life — perfect for artists who want to explore, experiment, and have fun.

🎨 Watercolor 

Dive deep into watercolor techniques, from color mixing and tonal values to layering, lifting, and letting go. Perfect for anyone who wants to build confidence and control while keeping their work loose and lively.     

🎨 Image Transfer 

Discover creative ways to bring your favorite images into your artwork! Learn easy, low-mess transfer methods for sketchbooks, watercolor paper, wood, canvas, and mixed media pieces. We’ll experiment with layering, transparency, and composition to make each piece one-of-a-kind.

Have art supplies you’ve collected but aren’t quite sure how to use? Bring them along! Whether it’s a favorite watercolor set, pencils, markers, or mixed media materials, you’ll learn how to get the most out of what you already have.

Each class offers guidance on how different tools and mediums work together, so you can experiment confidently and discover new ways to use what’s already in your art stash.

Not sure what to bring? No problem — each session includes suggestions and demos to help you build a supply list that fits your personal style and budget.
